The Cornerstone Aviation Academy (CSAA) Airline Transportation Pilot (ATP) Apprenticeship is a collaborative program with Kilo Charlie Aviation aimed at training and employing aspiring ATP pilots. CSAA manages the apprenticeship, offering soft skills training and securing employment opportunities through private and federal aviation contracts.
Kilo Charlie provides the flight training curriculum, Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs), and assists in securing training resources. The program also focuses on establishing a Native American-owned aviation transportation company to employ apprentices and support long-term career growth in the aviation industry.
