ACE Summer Camp

The Aviation Career Education (ACE) Academy, spearheaded by Cornerstone Aviation Academy (CSAA), is designed to inspire and educate youth, particularly those aged 12 to 16, about the world of aviation. The program introduces students to various aviation careers, providing hands-on experiences, educational tours, and mentorship from industry professionals. ACE Academy plays a critical role in fostering the next generation of aviators, with a focus on creating opportunities for underrepresented groups, including women and people of color, to diversify the aviation industry.

At ACE Academy, students have the unique opportunity to explore aviation through interactive activities such as flight simulations, hangar visits, and tours of aviation facilities. These experiences are designed to ignite a passion for aviation and provide real-world exposure to careers that may otherwise seem out of reach. The academy's curriculum not only covers the technical aspects of aviation but also emphasizes essential soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, and leadership, to ensure that students are well-prepared for their future endeavors.

One of the core missions of ACE Academy is to build a strong pipeline of future aviators and aerospace professionals who reflect the diversity of society. By engaging students from various backgrounds, the program aims to break down barriers and offer pathways into aviation careers that were historically inaccessible to many. ACE Academy is more than just an educational program; it’s a community-driven initiative that seeks to inspire, educate, and empower young individuals to take flight and pursue careers in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries in the world
